Law without Religion
When the Founding Fathers of the United States wrote up the Constitution, one goal they had in mind was to create a separation between Church and State, which meant the laws should be insolated from religion. In the modern period, people often push the idea that religion is not necessary to create a moral state, or in a more concise manner, that religion is not necessary for determining right or wrong.

Something I Learned Going to a T5 School
You know the first thing people often ask me when they’re catching up or meeting me for the first time is “What school do you go to?” or if they assume I already graduated or am interning “What do you for a living?”. Let’s go over the first question.
A Realization
Over the past few months I’ve been looking back at my time in my academic career and asked myself a couple of questions. Why am I not motivated? Why don’t I enjoy learning these complicated concepts the same way my peers do? Why do classes just feel tedious and boring?
Summer LPL Finals Game 4 Draft and a Deeper Dive into Win Conditions
Throughout 2020, there have been two teams everyone in China have been looking at, JD Gaming (JDG) and Top Esports (TES). And the story is truly amazing. With prodigy Kanavi, getting out of his illegal contract with Griffin, he found his home on the roster of JDG, who test ran him the year before on loan, coupled with the powerful synergy of his topside through Zoom and Yagao. With TES, you have star players in every role: knight, 369, Karsa, and Jackeylove. During Spring Split, TES ended up 1st seed with JDG being on their tail. This led to them being seeded on opposite sides of the brackets for playoffs, which they ended up meeting in finals. This led to an amazing 5 game final with JDG winning out with amazing teamfights.
How I View Drafts
Building off of my previous post on the discussion of itemization, I want to talk more about drafts and how seeing “winning” and “losing” drafts is a rather invalid way of analyzing League of Legends.
Is Itemization as Important as Reddit Says?
Being able to understand both Korean and English has been a blessing for me when uncovering ideas and strategy involved in professional League of Legends, but one thing I’ve noticed with the English speaking side of analysis is their rather obnoxious view on itemization and draft, often calling out players or coaches for either buying the “incorrect” item in a given situation or drafting “badly” into the enemy composition.
